1:1 Crystal Reiki Session
One to One crystal reiki session in the relaxing studio at Galloway House
A 1 hour crystal reiki session to relax the mind & body. This session will enable you to fully relax while crystals surround you allowing you to absorb the energies from them while you experience a reiki session from head to toe, or where you need some healing.
Each session will be unique to you and may include sound healing or working with a particular ailment, emotional issue or just for pure relaxation. Before the session begins we can have a chat about what you would like from your personalised session.
Reiki also has many benefits for fertility, pregnancy, postnatal and for ANYONE looking for some healing.
1:1 or Couples Private Sound Therapy
1:1/Couples Sound Therapy A 1 hour session to bathe in the healing frequencies of quartz singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and more. This session will enable you to fully relax on your own while absorbing the healing frequencies.
This session will begin with some grounding & nervous system regulation before you get comfortable on a mat with your blanket and other comforts such as an eye pillow/mask, aura spray and essentials oils will be used to enhance your experience.
Each session will be unique to you and may include sound healing or working with a particular ailment, emotional issue or just for pure relaxation. Before the session begins we can have a chat about what you would like from your personalised session.
Group Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in a relaxing group sound bath to relax you and zone out from the world for an hour.
Adults only session – Age 12+ (Suitable for Pregnancy) Come along for some gentle stretches & breath work before lying down in a wonderful sound healing journey with singing bowls, ocean drum, koshi chimes and meditation music. The benefits of sound healing are relaxation, healing from physical & emotional ailments, deeper sleep, moving stagnant energy out of the body and creating an escapism for you.
At the end of the session you will receive some water to hydrate and time to reflect on how you feel before leaving. These sessions run regularly, click below to find the next one we have on.
